This policy explains how we process personal data submitted through nowa.es and its contact and Project Reading forms.

2. Data we process

We may process your name, company, role, email address, phone number, contact preferences, project information, conversational journey responses, notes, basic technical security data and any documents you choose to attach. We do not request special categories of personal data.

3. Purposes

We use the data to manage your request, understand the project, assess fit, prepare a conversation, review or proposal, respond about design, technical development, pricing or production, protect forms from automated abuse and maintain service security.

We will only send content or commercial updates when you have expressly selected the optional consent box. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

4. Legal basis

Request and project management is based on pre-contractual steps requested by the interested person and, where a contractual relationship exists, on its performance. Technical protection of the site relies on the legitimate interest in preventing fraud, spam and abuse. Commercial communications rely on consent.

5. Retention

Data will be retained for the time needed to respond to the request and manage any resulting professional relationship. It may then remain restricted for the periods required by law and to address possible liabilities. Data used for commercial communications will be retained until you withdraw consent or request erasure.

6. Providers and recipients

We do not sell personal data. To provide the service, we may use processors or technology providers including IONOS hosting services, Google tools used to receive, record and internally manage requests —Apps Script, Sheets and email— and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms.

The website also requests fonts from Google Fonts. Some providers may process technical information from countries other than the user's country. Where applicable, such processing will be carried out under the mechanisms and safeguards required by data protection law.

7. Project Reading and automated decisions

The journey may organise responses and automatically generate a preliminary project reading to support the conversation with the team. This reading is indicative and does not produce legal effects or automated decisions with significant effects on the user.

8. Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@nowa.es. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or another competent supervisory authority.

9. Security and documents

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. Do not attach highly sensitive data, unnecessary personal information or documents you are not authorised to share. The form accepts up to three files with a combined maximum of 8 MB.

10. Cookies and local storage

Information about technical technologies, language preferences and local journey storage is available in our Cookie and local storage policy.

11. Updates

We may update this policy when the service or its providers change. The version published on this page will apply at any given time.
