Cookie and local storage policy

NOWA does not currently use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. The website only uses technical technologies required for operation, security and to retain preferences requested by the user.

1. Technologies we use

Language preference

We store the selected language locally to direct future visits to the Spanish or English version. This preference is activated when the language selector is used and can be deleted through browser settings.

Journey state and documents

Project Reading may use local storage and IndexedDB to temporarily preserve conversation progress and, where applicable, selected files. This information remains on the user's device and can be removed by starting the journey again or deleting the site's data through browser settings.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate requests from automated traffic. Turnstile may process technical information strictly necessary for security and generate short-lived identifiers or tokens. We do not use this technology for advertising. See Cloudflare's privacy information.

Google Fonts

The website requests fonts from Google servers. During that request, the provider may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and access time. NOWA does not use Google Fonts for advertising or audience measurement.

2. Consent

These technologies are used to provide requested functions, remember an explicit preference and protect the service. We therefore do not display a consent panel for optional cookies. If we later add audience measurement, advertising or non-essential tracking, we will request consent before activation and provide equivalent options to accept, reject or configure.

3. Deleting or blocking data

You can delete cookies, local storage and IndexedDB through your browser's privacy settings. If you block all technical technologies, the language selector, journey recovery, attachments or Turnstile may not work correctly.

4. Changes

We will update this policy if the technologies used change. The version published on this page will apply at any given time.
